3. How do payments work?

Travel Rewards Consulting utilizes Stripe to process payments and to hold funds. No Stripe account is needed for customers. Simply pay using your card details within the marketplace.

Payment Process: After paying for a service or product, your card is charged right away. The funds are then held until you mark the product or service as "received" at which time they are released to the consultant. This ensures you are satisfied with your purchase.

4. What if I don't get what I ordered or have an issue with the service I received?
